Cerner On Monday, December 6, 2021, PMC implemented a comprehensive electronic health record and financial system, to optimize the way we utilize technology to provide excellent healthcare and promote wellness in our community. Cerner provides an advanced and comprehensive documentation system for our clinical staff, a superior scheduling and registration platform, and a highly-developed financial system. For our patients, a robust patient portal will permit secure access to medical records and change the way you engage in your health. Our patients and their providers will have tools to track patient progress and improve communication between patients and their providers.

- You may also
- Securely message your provider, request prescription refills, update contact information, make payments, send and receive documents.
- After your next PMC visit, you will be provided login information through the CERNER Patient Portal. Records from the old (Thrive) system will not be included in the new (Cerner) patient portal. Your medical history prior to 12/6/2021 will be accessible only through THRIVE.
